Investigations, Inspections and Inquiries

We often handle cases from the immediate aftermath of an incident, whether a ship collision or other incident, via emergency contact from clients. As such we often carry out and report to clients on our own investigation into the circumstances of an incident, and which is frequently done in conjunction with technical experts.

We also represent clients during investigations, inspections and inquiries by government authorities subsequent on incidents.
